We manufacture a wide range of stock as well as custom boxes. Our minimum order value for non custom items is one carton of product. This depends on items so please check with us. As an example minimum quantity for single wine boxes is 24 off.
For custom items we charge a minimum of $250 (+GST) plus the cost of any additional finishes such as staining or branding. In general it is not cost effective for us to manufacture one or two items so unless the customer has larger runs in mind or is prepared to cover the initial custom charges, we will have to decline small quantity requests.

We try to ship orders within one to two weeks but in busy times (usually pre Christmas – September – December) we may extend deliveries to 3 – 4 weeks or more (for wholesale orders). We can work with you to expedite urgent orders if possible.
Prepayment is required. Direct deposit or credit card (Visa or Mastercard only) payments are available. We add a 2% charge for all credit card transactions. We do not commence manufacture of any orders until we have received cleared funds. Once we have final order details (including artwork) we will email our invoice with our direct deposit details.
We ship Australia wide and use local and interstate carriers. We can ship in cartons or on pallets and are more than happy if you use your own carriers or arrange pickup locally. We try to provide competitive freight rates and rapid delivery.
Our boxes are constructed from premium, dressed all round pine. Most boxes are constructed from 12mm thick timber but we can provide 7mm and 19mm timber. We also construct boxes using 12mm ply. The bases of our boxes are normally 3mm ply but can provide thicker bases where weight is excessive.
Yes, we have a showroom located at our factory. We are open from 8:30AM to 2:00PM Mon – Friday. We have hundreds of different styles of boxes with examples of staining, branding and finishing that will help you firm up ideas or give you new ones to consider. Please call us to arrange a visit or drop in if you are in the area.
Yes, we offer Laser Engraving, Hot Stamping, Screen Printing, Digital Printing and Hot Foiling.

Generally no unless the box is constructed from ply wood. Wood products require ISPM 15 certification or export fumigation before they can be considered to be acceptable to the country the goods are imported into. Please consult your export freight forwarder for details.
We manufacture all our boxes in our own factory in Carrum Downs, Victoria. Once we have received the raw materials, we cut, machine, fasten, hot stamp, stain and package in house. We do outsource some of the specialist printing, flocking and foam internals to local companies we trust.
We are happy to replace boxes that are damaged in transit. Please send us an email with an image of the box and your order number and we can send out a replacement.
Any damaged goods must be reported within 14 days of delivery in order to be eligible for replacements.
